This presentation will focus on how students can engage with others (employers, faculty, mentors, etc.) professionally and appropriately in a virtual setting. We will discuss how to dress, how to create a professional environment/setting, how to communicate to others in the space about virtual meetings/appointments, and how to interview virtually for internship and job opportunities (including how to share resources and materials i.e resumes and portfolios virtually).
NOTE: Students will need to come prepared with examples of a time when they participated in a meeting/appointment/class/career fair or event/interview virtually and be ready to share.
